An application was filed in the Islamabad High Court for the disqualification of PTI President Imran Khan

 

Citizen Muhammad Sajid filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court for the disqualification of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) President Imran Khan.

According to private TV Express-News, a case of disqualification of former Prime Minister Imran Khan has been filed in the Islamabad High Court. Nomination papers were not made public.

According to the article, the petitioner claims that Imran Khan used to deny having a daughter named Teriyaan. Today, Imran Khan refused to answer questions about Teriyaan and Imran Khan knows that there is evidence against him. He cannot hold public office or lead any party and Imran Khan should be questioned as to why Article 62 1F should not apply to him. They should also be disqualified.
