Pasoori's song was performed with an African Accent

 


Coke Studio Season 14 record song 'Pasoori' has finally crossed the borders and reached Africa. Coke Studio Africa sings African flavor Pasoori.


An African remix of Pasoori was posted on the photo and video sharing site Instagram by the official account of Coke Studio Africa. Along with Ali Sethi, Marwan Moussa, an Egyptian rapper, and Rickado Banks, an African singer, do the vocal magic on the African version.


According to Coke Studio Africa, the purpose of releasing the African version of the world-famous Pakistani song Pasoori is to promote African civilization and culture.


Pasoori, the fifth song of the 14th season of Coke Studio, which started earlier this year, is sung by Ali Sethi and Shi Gill in a classic pop style. Ali Sethi and Fazal Abbas wrote the poems, while Zulfikar Jabbar Khan, popularly known as Zulfi, composed the music.
